Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Because our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, exchanges depend on availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
